FAQ

Full production refers to the stage in the manufacturing process where all designs, materials, and processes are finalized, and the textile products are being manufactured at scale, ready for distribution or delivery.

Typically, the stages include:

  • Initial consultation & design briefing
  • Design consultation & tech pack review
  • Fabric & trim sourcing
  • Sample development
  • Fitting and feedback rounds
  • Final approvals & production planning
  • Full-scale production

Once everything is approved and signed off, we move into full production.

Production timelines vary depending on order volume, fabric availability, complexity of design, and factory capacity. Standard timelines range from 4 to 12 weeks.

We work with emerging brands, so our MOQs start from around 300–500 units per style. For specialty items or sustainable fabrics, the MOQ might be slightly higher due to fabric sourcing constraints.

We usually require:

50% deposit before starting production

50% balance before shipment

We’ll send a detailed invoice and breakdown. For returning clients, we can discuss more flexible terms.

Absolutely. We offer eco-friendly fabrics (like organic cotton, hemp, and TENCEL™), low-impact dyes, and ethical production practices. Just let us know your goals, and we’ll help guide you through the options.

Yes, that’s called CMT (Cut, Make, Trim). You’re welcome to supply your own fabrics or trims, but we’ll need to test a small sample first to ensure it works with our equipment and standards.

We use a detailed quality control process:

  • Fabric inspection before cutting
  • In-line checks during sewing
  • Final product QC before packing

We also offer pre-production samples (PPS) for your approval before we start mass production.

Once full production begins, changes are difficult and may cause delays or added costs. We strongly recommend locking everything in during the sampling and pre-production stage.

We’re transparent and proactive. If there’s an issue (e.g., fabric delay, machine issue), we’ll let you know right away, propose solutions, and work with you to minimize the impact.

Yes! If you’re local or traveling, we’d love to host you. We also offer virtual production updates, videos, and photos throughout the process to keep you in the loop.

Once finished, we:

  • Run a final quality check
  • Pack everything to your specifications
  • Ship using your preferred method (air, sea, or courier)

You’ll get tracking info and documentation for easy import if needed.
